Taken from a sightseeing boat touring Copenhagen harbor, so I didn't exactly have much control over viewpoints etc. Thus, I'm pleased with how this came out, with the old building and the coppery statue, and then at the right moment have two tiny people wander into view from the right to top it off.

Nyhaven

Pretty classic picture of Nyhavn, Copenhagen. It is a pretty place.

Just because I liked the pattern. Taken near the Royal Palace in Copenhagen, Denmark.

It looks like a store, but the sign indicates it's more a museum-type establishment. Seen at Langelinien quay in Copenhagen as our cruise ship was departing.

Famous landmarks are always a popular subject for photographers. For example, the Little Mermaid statue in Copenhagen, Denmark. As I already had taken a picture of the statue itself back in 2001 (under the cut), I decided not to bother trying to find a good angle among the crowds, but instead took a picture of the crowds themselves, along with the statue.

(Also, apparently, Copenhagen is always overcast when I visit....)

At sea

Looking backward from the stern of the fast ferry between Göteborg (Sweden) and Frederikshavn (Denmark). The yellow puff of cloud is exhaust from the ship's funnel.
